Commercial Clients [Lenders, AMC's, Attorneys]:  Please provide the name, address, voice phone number and email address of the person or office from whom we are to expect payment [Net/30].  "COD" arrangements are also accepted for non-lending appraisal purposes.  See "Individuals" section below.

Individuals [Non-Lending Only: Pre-Listiing, Estate, Buy-Outs,etc.]:  All services are prepaid. We will email you a Paypal invoice upon completion of an Engagement Letter in which the appropriate fee is disclosed and you can order the appraisal.  (You do not have to have a Paypal account to use Paypal for your payment.)  NOTE: All appraisals for Lending purposes MUST be ordered by the Lender.  See "Commercial Clients," above.
